If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, you must notify the duit8 support team immediately. duit8 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Duit8 accepts deposits via various Malaysian local payment methods including DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and FPX. All deposits must be made from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

The minimum deposit at duit8 is RM 20 for most payment methods. Deposits will be credited to your account automatically once the transaction is confirmed by the payment system. In the rare event that a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, you may contact our support team with proof of transaction for immediate review.

• Regular Member: Daily withdrawal limit of up to RM 5,000.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the duit8 platform and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Money laundering or using the platform for illegal activities.
• Abuse of the bonus system, including intentional hedge wagering.

Duit8 cooperates with relevant authorities and will report any suspected activity involving financial crime, money laundering, or fraud to the appropriate bodies.

Duit8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is reasonable cause, including violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or requests from authorities. In the event of a suspension, the account balance may be withheld until the investigation is concluded.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting the duit8 support team. Prior to closure, please ensure you have withdrawn all eligible balances. Unclaimed balances after a certain period may be subject to duit8's inactive balance policy.

Duit8 services are provided "as is" without any implied or express warranties. duit8 bears no liability for any financial losses arising from use of the platform, including betting losses, service disruptions, or unforeseeable technical errors.

In all circumstances, the maximum total liability of duit8 to any user shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made. duit8 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses under any circumstances.

This agreement is governed by the laws applicable in duit8's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before being referred to an appropriate dispute resolution forum.
